Please don’t send medical information by email
Email is not a secure way to send health information. To message your care team securely, request refills, or view results, use the healow patient portal. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
What we collect on this website
This is a static informational website. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on it, and we do not set our own cookies. The only form on the site is the job application on our Careers pages, described below. You can read every page without giving us anything about yourself.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time — for security and reliability. We use these only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
Job applications
If you apply for a job, we collect what you enter on the application: your name, email, phone, city and state, your answers to the screening questions, your resume or experience summary, and anything else you choose to tell us. We also record how you found the posting (for example, the web address you came from or a Google Jobs or Indeed tag in the link) so we know which job listings work. To do that, your browser keeps a small note in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. We keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address only to block automated spam.
We use this information only to consider you for employment at Elderberry Health, to contact you about this and other openings, and to keep hiring records. We do not sell it or share it with recruiters or advertisers. Applications and resumes are stored in access-controlled Google Cloud systems in the United States and are available only to Elderberry Health staff involved in hiring. Please don’t include medical information, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers in an application.
To update or withdraw an application, or to ask us to delete it, email operations@eb-health.org or call 629-289-3136. We may keep limited records where the law requires us to.
Third-party services this site uses
A few parts of the site load from other companies. When your browser requests those files, that company can see your IP address and basic request details. Their own privacy policies apply.
Cloudflare Pages
Hosts and delivers this website, and passes job applications to our own systems.
Google Fonts and Google Maps
Provide the site’s typefaces and the clinic location maps.
Tailwind CSS (CDN)
Provides the styling library used to lay out these pages.
eClinicalWorks and healow
Our “Book Now”, provider booking, and patient portal links leave this website and open eClinicalWorks’ healow service. Anything you enter there is governed by that service’s terms and privacy policy, and by our Notice of Privacy Practices — eClinicalWorks is a business associate of Elderberry Health under a signed Business Associate Agreement.
We also display a live count of patients served, which loads a single number from Google Cloud Storage. It contains no information about any individual patient.
Links to other sites
This site links to insurers, health agencies, and our patient portal. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children. Job applications are for adults of working age.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across websites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to turn off. The job-posting source note described above stays in your browser session and is only sent to us if you submit an application.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles information, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
