Yes! We are currently accepting new patients at our Circle of Life Clinic in Oneida. Please call us at 629-289-3136 to schedule your first appointment.
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, TennCare (Medicaid), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and self-pay. Please call to verify your specific plan before your visit.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card(s), a list of all current medications and dosages, any relevant records or test results from previous providers, and completed new patient forms. Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
